If it’s our first project together, this part of the process is all about getting to know each other. We want to learn about your vision for the project… what you want to accomplish, who the other stakeholders may be, and what timing or budget constraints are involved. Even the type of emotion you want to elicit from your residents the first time they open the door to their room.
Catalog w/a Twist, or Design + Development
In the next phase, we will loop in a project manager who will serve as your single point of contact and bridge to the rest of the organization for the life of the project. Ultimately, their job is to ensure that our execution is flawless and that your satisfaction is complete.
We have a massive catalog of products to choose from structurally and can swap in almost any finish your heart desires to adjust the look to your project’s unique style as needed. Many customers take this approach.
If you decide to go the custom route, there will be a detailed collaboration with our product development team, where we will collectively weigh cost, process complexity, weight, durability, raw material availability, and style (to name a few) against one another. Flowing from the development work will be the usual renderings, shop drawings, samples, etc., that will culminate in 3-D SolidWorks files that serve as the ultimate record of what we decide to build together.
Manufacturing + QA
From there, our Project Managers coordinate with your purchasing, receiving, and accounts payable departments, to make sure all parties are in sync throughout the order’s life cycle. We communicate order status proactively throughout the production process, so you’ll know where your order is each step of the way.
We maintain a staff of quality management professionals who work in our factories throughout the manufacturing process. These professionals employ various tests, from raw material to in-process and finished products, to ensure quality and durability.
Our processes ensure production is consistent and repeatable, and we provide weekly reports throughout the process. We also perform a full final inspection before any product can be sent out.
Delivery + Installation
We offer a complete logistics solution all the way through kitted delivery directly to site, and white-glove installation in each unit. We work with the world’s leading freight companies to move products globally through customs and port clearance or through the domestic rail and trucking system with scheduled delivery to any location you choose. Throughout the process, we track the movement of the goods using an automated Transportation Management System and provide updates at multiple points along the way.
Service
Our goal is to build customer relationships that last a lifetime. If you need anything a day after, a month after, or even years after you receive your product, we want to be there for you. That’s one of the reasons we maintain a roster of regional field techs and always have a stock of parts. The techs can assist with site set-up, start-up, full installation, touch-up, or deluxing, as well as field retrofits, and—in the unlikely event of a quality issue—repair and/or replacement.
